The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District has attached the City of Miami Sidewalk cafe application for current and/or new businesses using public sidewalk cafe restaurant space within the Coconut Grove Business District.

- Certificate of Insurance – Please note City of Miami and Coconut Grove BID must be insured. See form for limit requirements.
- Copy of current Certificate of Use
- Drawing of Sidewalk Cafe Space needed and restaurant specs
- Occupational License – Business Tax Receipt
- Sidewalk Cafe Code of Ordinance
- Copy of Survey
- $175.00 Application Fee
- $10.00 Inspection Fee
