Coconut Grove Business Improvement District Weekly Eblast Policy
One of the many services provided to the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District members is the weekly eblast sent to several thousand email contacts collected by the BID over several years. Please note local Coconut Grove neighborhood associations also participate in re-circulating BID merchant eblast specials for locals to view.
In order for merchant specials to be included within the weekly eblast sent from the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District Office you will need to submit your weekly information no later than Monday at 5:00 p.m. every week.

Weekly eblast are published on Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week.
Information published within eblast must pertain to upcoming weekend. The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District cannot re-publish the same special unless it is submitted via email every week by merchants.
