Congratulations to Pointe Group Advisors for winning the 2011-2012 ‘The Outstanding Building of the Year‘ (TOBY) award for office buildings under 100,000 square feet for its management of the Continental Plaza building in Coconut Grove, FL. The award was given by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Miami-Dade.
The Continental Plaza building is located within the BID District located at 3250 Mary Street.
Continental Plaza is an 80,000 square foot, five-story Class A office building within walking distance to Grove restaurants and hotels.
