Coconut Grove is a neighborhood in Miami, located along the coast of Biscayne Bay and running from Brickell in the North to CocoPlum in the South.  The Grove’s central location makes it an attractive location for tourists, shoppers and leading retailers.  U.S. 1 provides main access into the neighborhood from the North; Grand Avenue, Le Jeune and Douglas Roads allow access into the West; and Main Highway/Bayshore Drive provide local access through the Grove running from NE to the SW.

From Miami International Airport:

  • Follow the signs to 836 East
  • Exit at I-95 South. Continue on I-95 until it turns into US 1
  • Turn left onto S.W. 27th Avenue
  • Turn right onto Tiger Tail Avenue
  • Turn left onto Mary Street
  • Turn right onto Grand Avenue
  • Turn right onto Virginia Street
  • Make your first left into the public parking garage
  • You have arrived at CocoWalk, which is the center of the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District

From I-95 North:

  • Follow I-95 going south until it turns into US 1
  • Turn left onto S.W. 27th Avenue
  • Turn right onto Tiger Tail Avenue
  • Turn left onto Mary Street
  • Turn right onto Grand Avenue
  • Turn right onto Virginia Street
  • Make your first left into the public parking garage
  • You have arrived at CocoWalk, which is the center of the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District

From US 1 South:

  • Follow U.S. 1 going North
  • Turn right onto SW 37th Avenue
  • Turn left onto Grand Avenue
